Chalk Paint Colors I know! I know! Choosing a color to paint your piece of furniture can feel like you’re making the biggest decision of your life! Should I go with a pop of color? Should I go with a neutral? What if I don’t like it? What if I get tired of it? That’s the beauty of chalk paint! If you don’t like it, you can try again! And because there’s no prep with chalk paint, it’s a quick fix if you get tired of the color or change your mind. A few quick tips for choosing the perfect chalk paint color! *Get inspired! What moves you? Or makes you happy? Do you love walks on the beach and listening to the waves crash against the shore? Maybe blues and a soft brown would be a great choice for you. The neutrals are combined here with your pop of color. *Start with your first neutral - white or a shade of white, cream, grey, beige... *Next choose a pop of color - a color wheel can help with this or find inspiration in things you love! *Lastly, choose a second color that will compliment your first color. Again, a color wheel is helpful! Looking at color palettes are also a great way to find complimentary colors! There are so many combinations out there, I’m confident you’ll find your perfect color combo! Have a great weekend and let me know if you have any questions! Thanks! Deb
